TAMPA, Fla. - The United Soccer League announced today the 2025 USL League Two Divisional Players of the Year for each of its 19 divisions.
*The USL League Two Division Players of the Year are voted on by the clubs in each respective division.
Chesapeake: Gage Lyons (Northern Virginia FC) - The 2025 Co-Golden Boot winner, Lyons scored 12 goals in 11 regular season games for NoVa.
Great Forest: Nicholas Graeca (Steel City FC) - The captain and heartbeat for Steel City, Graeca scored four game-winning goals this season.
Great Lakes: Donavan Phillip (Flint City Bucks) - The 2025 USL League Two Player of the Year and Co-Golden Boot winner, Phillip was unstoppable this year, scoring 12 goals in the regular season before slotting home six more in the playoffs.
Great Plains: Dominick Bachstein (Des Moines Menace) - Bachstein was a force to be reckoned with, scoring nine goals for the Menace before signing a professional contract with FC Naples in USL League One.
Heartland: Jacob Swallen (Minneapolis City SC) - Swallen was a beast for Minneapolis, finishing the year with a 76.6% passing completion.
Lone Star: Ignacio Abeal (Corpus Christi FC) - Abeal had a stellar season for Corpus Christi scoring 10 goals.
Metropolitan: Maurice Williams (FC Motown STA) - Williams was a shutdown defender on a star-studded Motown team and had 99 interceptions during the regular season.
Mid South: Alejandro Padilla (Little Rock Rangers) - Padilla was a versatile player for the Rangers, earning him a professional contract with Texoma FC in USL League One.
Mid Atlantic: Rafael Kawata (Ocean City Nor'easters) - Kawata was sharp this season with six goals and five assists.
Mountain: Tobi Osifodunrin (Colorado Storm) - Osifodunrin had nine goals and six assists as Colorado stormed into the playoffs.
Nor Cal: Adrian Guzman (San Francisco Glens SC) - Guzman was the engine of a great season by the Glens, with a 68.2% passing completion rate in the attacking third.
Northeast: Moussa Ndiaye (Vermont Green FC) - The 2025 Defender of the Year was pivotal to Vermont’s undefeated season, commanding its back line and winning duels.
Northwest: Abeselom Zemenfes (Ballard FC) - Zemenfes was a key piece of Ballard’s squad this year, which limited opponents to one or less goals scored in all but one match.
South Atlantic: Drew Kerr (North Carolina FC U23) - Kerr had a strong season, scoring five goals and recording four assists.
South Central: Jonny Mennell (Asheville City SC) - The 2025 Golden Glove winner was a brick wall this year, ending with a 0.27 goals against average and only conceding three goals.
South Florida: Carlos Zambrano (Fort Lauderdale United FC) - Zambrano was one of the most electric players in League Two this season, finishing with seven goals.
Southeast: Osei Gyamfi (Sporting JAX) - The 2025 Young Player of the Year made a good impression this year, scoring seven goals including a hat trick in June.
Southwest: Alexis Ledoux (FC Tucson) - Ledoux was a baller this year, scoring six goals and tallying two assists.
Valley: Tiago Dias (Fort Wayne FC) - Dias helped Fort Wayne have one of the best defenses in the league, earning seven clean sheets this season.
