KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Thursday, March 31, 2022) – With its season opener six weeks away, One Knoxville SC, the club bringing USL League Two soccer to Knoxville, is unveiling its home kit. The kit celebrates Knoxville’s picturesque backdrop with the Great Smoky Mountain ridgelines featured across the chest.

One Knox SC also announced the United Way of Greater Knoxville as its 2022 kit sponsor as part of UWGK’s 100-year anniversary celebration. The United Way logo will be featured as a focal point in cohesion with the blue mountain backdrop on the home kits.

UWGK’s mission is to implement lasting community change by locating the root of the community’s issue to then lend support. One Knox SC is honored to stand alongside the United Way, a civic institution with a century of inspiring work behind it and an exciting future of problem solving ahead.

Purchasing a One Knox SC home kit will benefit the community as $10 from each kit sold will go directly to supporting the United Way of Greater Knoxville. You can purchase the kits at oneknoxsc.com.

"In soccer, the brand on the front of the kit can so often affect how the brand of the club is perceived. From that perspective, we couldn’t have a better partner than United Way of Greater Knoxville in our inaugural season,” Drew McKenna, Partner at One Knox SC said. “UWGK is showing Knoxville the way forward as we wrestle with the challenges of a growing city. We’re thrilled to have their partnership and honored to represent their work on and off the field."

"We are so excited to partner with One Knox SC in telling this great story about our community," said Matt Ryerson, President and CEO of United Way of Greater Knoxville. "This is a great example of the partnership and collaboration that makes working and living in Knoxville so special."
